College course credits transfer based on other factors, such as accreditation status, course content similarity, and the recency of the coursework, are crucial for transfer. Most transfer credits fall into two categories: equivalent credits, which match a specific course, andelective credits, which may not have an exact equivalent but still count towards a degree.

Courses from non-accredited institutions and obsolete or remedial-level courses are less likely to transfer. Developmental courses rarely transfer, and more advanced or industry-specific courses may also be harder to transfer.

Students may transfer college credits from other schools to an ԭ Program based on meeting our transfer guidelines by providing the following:
